By downloading or using AWS Exam Prep 2026 (the “App”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational use only
The App provides original practice questions and explanations for study. It is not an official exam and does not guarantee a passing score. Always verify critical facts with official AWS documentation.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
3. Purchases & subscriptions
Optional in-app purchases may unlock the full question bank, mock exams, and full explanations. Prices are shown in the App Store. Lifetime access is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Monthly access is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell App content. Do not use the App to cheat on official exams or to claim that questions are official exam dumps.
5. Disclaimer
Content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. AWS services and exam blueprints change. We are not liable for exam outcomes, lost profits, or data loss beyond what applicable law requires.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you only used free features).
7. Termination
These Terms apply until you delete the App or we discontinue it. Provisions that should survive (disclaimer, liability, IP) will survive.

9. Governing notes
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required.
